Über uns

Wir möchten uns kurz vorstellen:

Wir, Regine und Rudi , leben seit 20 Jahren in Umbrien auf dem Hof Palombella. Wir haben hier viel verändert, ausgebaut und gestaltet - immer inspiriert von dem wunderschönen Platz, eigenen Ideen und inneren Bildern. Viele andere Menschen haben an diesem Prozess teilgenommen und uns unterstützt.

Regine:
Sozialpädagogin - Körperpsychotherapeutin - Atemtherapie - Reiki - Meditation - Gartenfrau - Färben mit Naturfarben - Brot backen -

Angebot an Gäste: Einzelsitzungen an in den genannten Therapierichtungen und Leitung von gemeinsamen Meditationen.

Rudi:
Sozialarbeiter - Antiaggressivitätstrainer - Segeln - kreatives Handwerk - liebt die Herausforderung

Angebot: Segelausflüge und Schwitzhütten

Wir freuen uns darauf, dass Palombella zu einem bewegenden und anregenden Platz für Gruppen und Seminare wird.

About us

We would like to introduce ourselves to you

We are Regine and Rudolf Nau. We have been living with our children in Umbria at Palombella for almost 20 years. In this time, again and again, we changed and restructured and formed the house and the surroundings - always inspired by this place and landscape and at the same time by our own ideas and imagination. Many people participated in that process.

Regine:

Rudi:
Social worker - sailor - creative handyman - loves the challenge

We will enjoy seeing Palombella become an inspiring and challenging place for other people participating in workshops and seminars.
